ABOUT DISPUTE SOLUTIONS

After graduating from Cornell Law School in 1989, Carlos started his legal career as a commercial litigator.  He then spent the next 34 years litigating employment disputes, having had the opportunity to try numerous employment cases before federal and state courts, as well as various governmental administrative agencies.  In 2010, Carlos became certified by the Florida Supreme Court to serve as a Circuit Civil Mediator.  Carlos' primary practice is mediating and arbitrating labor and employment law matters.  Carlos utilizes his experiences, background, knowledge, and manner to help parties resolve their differences.
